If you are not happy with your purchase you can exchange or return the item by emailing us within 14 days of receiving the goods.
Items must be returned in their original condition. We take great care to ensure your order reaches you in perfect condition and would appreciate it if any returned goods are packaged up in the same way, we can't be held responsible for goods that are damaged in transit.
Once the product has been received and inspected we will send you an email letting you know we have received and processed your return.
After you have received the email please allow 5-10 working days for the refund to be credited to your account or exchange to be dispatched.
Refunds will be back to the same card account those were made from.
If the product is returned because it is defective or not the one you ordered we will exchange the item free of charge or issue a full refund.
Please note, we do not accept returns of goods on sale. We do offer exchange if you need a different size or if the goods are faulty.
Please also note that international shipping costs are not refunded for other cases than faulty items.
